• Passenger transport services including Yangoride

3. Financial Transactions

All financial transactions are conducted through Tier-One banking institutions. We partner with FNB Namibia for handling complex transactions and SBLC instruments.

Bank rates and terms may vary. Investment decisions should be made after independent verification. We do not provide financial advice. All commodity transactions are subject to our 12-point due diligence protocol and applicable international trade regulations.

4. Due Diligence

All clients and partners are subject to our comprehensive vetting protocol, including:

• Chamber of Commerce verification
• Credit rating assessment
• Criminal register checks
• Reference verification
• Financial standing review

5. Delivery Terms

We offer flexible delivery options for commodity transactions:

• FOB (Free on Board)
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)
• 100% DLC at destination ports

All deliveries are backed by SGS inspectors on-site for verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

Black Star Horizon Investments CC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
