2. General Refund Principles

• Approved refunds are reviewed case by case against the governing agreement.
• Costs already incurred for sourcing, logistics, inspections, banking, or compliance may remain non-refundable.
• Where delivery or mobilisation has already started, refunds may be reduced by documented operational costs.

3. How to Request Review

To request a commercial review, contact our team with the contract reference, invoice reference, delivery status, and the reason for the request.
