The company founder has grasped key concepts through experience in several businesses from Copper Cathode to Transport and logistics, which has helped build important connections at multiple levels.

Operational Framework
We receive enquiries on a daily basis. Based on our experience, we have developed a system of work that helps us handle the process in an efficient manner. Buyers can decide to operate with us primarily in two different ways:
Our company acts as the receiver of the SBLC bank instrument. Once finance is finalized, we will emit a non-transferable DLC, which protects the interests of all parties involved and secures the export process.
This solution is chosen by buyers who wish to establish a long-term collaboration using our financial management services.
SPV Integration (Yafamba Capital Fund)
If necessary, we can open a shared bank account with the end buyer in conjunction with the opening of an SPV. This can be operative in a matter of days, increasing confidence during first-time collaborations.
The buyer will directly release the non-transferable bank instrument to the end seller. This alternative is more suitable for buyers who wish to collaborate on a short-term basis.
To share sensible information and perform our full due diligence on the seller, we require the signing of a legal mandate letter with power of attorney.

SBLC Bank Instruments
Black Star Horizon supports import & export transactions by offering vast know-how and high-profile finance management on behalf of buyers and investors. We effectively manage SBLC bank instruments to facilitate trades between buyers and sellers.
For the nature of the financial model in place, we operate with managed risks for all parties involved, giving an additional reason to collaborate with us. We give buyers peace of mind: if they decide to move forward independently, we are able to return all capital with relative bank charges paid.
We can support transactions only from Top 50 banks where extensive due diligence is carried out before the transaction commences, starting from bank verbiage analysis to the KYC process.

We have established different solutions fitted for purpose for all our clients throughout our long business activities. We can operate deliveries both in FOB or CIF according to quantities and seller procedures.
We are fully aware of the delicate system regarding the transport process. We ensure only reputable, established transport companies are used and full cargo insurance is in place.
